I have ordered approximately 3500 CZ pave setting beads in many different designs, upon delivery about 35% of them had missing stones, I have contacted the seller that refused to issue a refund or accept the return, they told me I need to take images of all 3500 beads one by one to “prove” my case, horrible customer service, I had to contact Alibaba who helped me with a partial refund, I am a loyal Alibaba consumer and never had this experience before, for example at one point when I asked for a different solution the supplier answered only with disrespectful emojis , so unprofessional, for example I asked them to send the goods back for a refund and they answered - “🤪” or “😝” , unbelievable, luckily Alibaba was there to help me and saved me from this seller, super disappointed because I really liked the images of the product.
